Loooong Story
The kids were bigger and I was tired of hauling a trailer to go to Calico to shoot. It was time for the Jeep to evolve and lose the wimpy fold-and-tumble rear seat. I stretched the frame of my '78 CJ-7 42 inches and added the back half of another CJ-7. With the wheelwells removed, I was able to add two buckets in the back.

This is how we park the Toy Hauler in tight spaces. It's definitely a slow, low range process. For those interested the Jeep is a '54 CJ-3B with a Kenne Bell Buick V-6, Warn Overdrive and hubs, 11-inch brakes, and Saginaw steering.
