•According to the UK's Telegraph, police pulled over a guy driving while intoxicated-twice the legal limit. Because he'd received a previous DUI in the past 10 years, he has been banned from driving for three years. "I was a twit to say the least," was apparently his failed defense. Did we mention he was driving one of those kid's Barbie cars when he was pulled over?
