are there any better pics of the rear fenders after cutting with the tires on? have there been any more articles on this rig to see how the axles held up?

I beat on this Jeep for several years. The stock axles were replaced with a junkyard F-150 Ford 9-inch with new stock-replacement Superior 31-spline shafts, Superior 5.13 gears, an aluminum Strange center section, and a and steel spool. The front axle was replaced with a Dana 44 from a Wide-Trac FSJ. It was stuffed with Superior 5.13 gears, an OX locker, Warn chromoly shafts, and OX U-joints. The axles held up very well considering the tire size and abuse. The rear axle had zero problems. I bent the front one jumping it in Glamis. I added a truss and it stayed together. Later on I eventually broke a Warn inner shaft at the splines and wore out the OX U-joints. And by that time the bolts in the OX locker started to come loose. But the entire assembly had been really abused by then. I was impressed it lasted as long as it did. I thrashed that Jeep regularly in Johnson Valley and on other very difficult trails.
