With each issue of Jp Magazine that passes between our grubby, oil-covered hands our 01 TJ, Red, gets a bit more prepared for the trail. The more Red gets built, the further up the trail we go, and before we know what happens we are going to get Red seriously stuck. For this very reason it has come time to outfit Red wit a few recovery amenities that are going to make Intern Tims life a bit easier. Thats rightwhen we get stuck Intern Tim is the man we call, not because he has great recovery skills, a good rescue vehicle, or even any common sense, (he works for about $4 an hour, no overtime, and recently we talked him into dropping out of high school to work for us fulltime) but we have decided that Editor Cappa and Features Editor Simons are too precious for the magazine to risk the serious injury that may come from lifting a shovel or running some winch line. At least thats what they are telling Tim anyways. So as Red gets outfitted with recovery equipment, keep Tim in mind as this installment of Road Trip With Red is all about making his miserable, pathetic life a bit easier.
