This Jeep owner found out the hard way that there's more than one advantage to having a slip-yoke eliminator kit with a heavy-duty 32-spline output shaft. While the factory NP231 output is adequate for most wheeling, factors like big tires, big power, and hard climbing can be more than the factory output shaft can take.
