Removing the old rotors is pretty easy. You simply unbolt the caliper assembly and then use a screwdriver to pry the pads away from the rotors. The caliper can then be lifted off (make sure you don't let it just hang by the brake line). It is recommended that you install new brake pads when you throw on a set of rotors, but our pads were only a few weeks old, so we were already in good shape. View Related Article
