Jeep Wiring - After the Fire
Once you've done that and the wire is secure from underhood dangers, the time has come to jump the starter. If you still have the Ford-style starter that has the solenoid mounted to the fender or firewall, your job is easy. Locate the big wire coming from the battery, then take a wire and jump from the positive terminal on the battery to the big lug opposite that one you just found-that's the one going to the starter. Be careful; there is high current going through that wire, and it can pack a whallop. View Related Article
