On an inline-six there are two 12-point 3/8 head bolts at the top of the bellhousing. It's a pain to get to them, but it is possible. You'll also need to remove all the 10mm bolts that hold the steel engine-to-tranny adapter plate and the lower-torque-converter access plate. With these removed, you can then use a 5/8-socket to remove the lower two large bolts that hold the engine to the tranny. View Related Article
