Don't discount vans when scrounging since chances are rain hasn't been pouring down the carb. This '96 has a 305 Chevy, but a Vortec 350 could just as easily have been in there. There are too many serial numbers to run down here, but the engine block number and displacement are cast on the driver-side rear block between the cylinder head and the bellhousing.
