You've heard this before, so do it: Use jackstands under the framerails (unibody, in our case) to securely support the vehicle. Use a jack under the axlehousing to help with positioning. Remove the wheels and tires and disconnect the shocks so the suspension can droop out completely. This will make spring replacement easier, especially with the new, taller coils.
